I had an amazing experience Melvin was so pleasant over the phone and in person. Gave me all the right info and answered every question. The property is well kept, the apartments are beautiful and so affordable. Maria topped it off with her welcoming energy and gave me all the confidence and comfortability to apply!

There has been such a turn around with the new management and I can really see how much they care about this community. They have been absolutely amazing.

This is a great comfortable home, and haves the best maintenance man... Thank you Tom for fixing my AC and everything else. Tom is really a good hard working man. 💯

The office and maintenance staff both are so helpful here. Quick response time to any questions you may have you can tell that they all actually care about the residents here. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fairly priced apartment in Chandler look no further!
